Know The Origin is home for the next generation of ethical brands, setting the new standard of sustainability. Following the collapse of the Rana Plaza garment factory in Bangladesh in 2013, founder Charlotte could not understand why we’re still not being told who made our things.
So the idea was simple. Create a platform, build robust sustainable standards, bring together radically transparent brands living up to them, show everyone, every step of how their products are grown and sewn. The vision is to make Knowing the Origin industry standard, so you and I can ensure our purchase enriches communities and restores the environment.
