In 2006, owner Jonathan Paxton and Edward Smith, were running a successful cleaning equipment business in Merseyside, selling to the end-user locally, and through distributors around the UK. The idea occurred to them to that it would be more sensible to offer the lower discounted prices, direct to the end-user through an online shopping store.
To accomplish their objective of top notch customer service they understood that the customer must have a fantastic sales experience online, and feel "looked after" and "secure" during and after each purchase.
They took time to find companies that shared their values of providing well-built and well-designed products of extraordinary value to families everywhere. They also built relationships with many manufacturers that make sustainable and earth-friendly products.
Since 2008 the Company has expanded the range of cleaning machines & accessories, and also supply a wide range of heaters, garden machinery & house wares too; including petrol & electric chainsaws, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and their ever popular 5 in 1 multi-tool garden machinery too.
Jonathan & Edward were determined to make it so easy for customers to find the perfect item that they designed a website with advanced navigation tools such as: Shop Search, Shop Best Sellers, Shop by Style, Sort by Price. They also broke items down into very specific categories to make it really simple to find what you want!
